Added 2 videos of the boys during recent Little League games. Both guys have done well hitting and fielding. CJ is making his mark at catcher, while Thomas looks good at shortstop. He's done some pitching as well.

Been awhile since the last update of this site, that seems to be the norm these days. Still cleaning up a few bugs.
We've kept the boys entertained with trips to Universal Studios and other weekend outings. As Spring Break winds down, we have Thomas' 10th birthday to look forward to, as well as overlapping soccer and baseball seasons -- the boys are each playing both sports. Baseball tryouts went well, especially for Thomas, considering he's never played before. They're also ready for beach / pool season to begin.

The boys are back in school, this week being their first full week. They're still adjusting, especially to their early morning alarm clock.
The summer treated them well, but it also got them addicted to Yahtzee and poker (chips , antes, raises, betting strategies -- the works). It actually was a great way for CJ to keep his math skills sharp.

A much better look and feel to this place, a change that's been long overdue. There will continue to be improvements made over the next few weeks and months, but this won't affect basic functionality of the site.
CJ finished out the school year having a great T-ball season--he made dramatic improvements this year. Thomas enjoyed taking it easy but plans to start Little League next year.
The boys have one week left of their short summer. They stayed busy and travelled a lot, and really haven't had a lot of time to just hang out at home. They spent 3 weeks with Nana and Grandpa, and just finished up a week-long stay in San Antonio. CJ is FINALLY tall enough to ride the Steel Eel, a (pretty intense) Sea World roller coaster he's been eyeing for 2 years now. They're hoping to wind things down with some beach time, fishing, bowling, tennis, and a minor league baseball game or two.
Kim earned an all-expense-paid trip for two to Atlanta, all due to her getting off to a great start in her career. So we enjoyed a nice extended weekend away while the boys stayed with Grandpa. They didn't seem to miss us all that much.

Took a year to update this site. We've been staying busy with the usual routine. The boys continue to amaze us with their academic and athletic feats.
CJ started Kindergarten last fall and has come far these past few months. Looks like he's another math whiz in the making. Thomas still enjoys school and does well in all subjects. He received his First Communion last May.
Kim earned her insurance license and started working last summer. It's been rewarding thus far and her schedule hasn't been too hectic.
We returned last week from a trip to Ohio where we said goodbye to Alison. The cousins (Thomas, CJ, and Riley) all got along great while we were up there and they're looking forward to seeing Riley again soon.
